The Watch and Jewelry Exchange of Tyson’s is a fully licensed and accredited, family owned corporation. 

What sets us apart from other jewelry stores?  There are several things, actually.  There is no other jewelry store in our area that offers our superior level of customer service, paired with the exceptional value that you will find in our establishment.  From the moment you walk in and are offered a complimentary beverage of your choice, to the moment you leave with a beautiful piece of jewelry for which you would have paid double elsewhere, you will be struck by our facility, our staff and our selection, and our prices.

Our staff is simply the best in the business.  The average tenure of our staff members is 10 years!  They take pride in their work and this business is their collective passion.  Most are avid collectors, as well as employees.  Perhaps the most important thing that you need to know about our people is that they do not work on commission.  They won’t push you to buy items that you don’t want in order to increase their sales figures.  They are here for you, the customer.
